WHAT WE COVER

Built for complex care, not generic staffing.

Sentra Care Staffing is a complex care staffing partner, built by complex care professionals. We’ve been in your shoes, and we understand the pressures you’re under.

  • WHY IT MATTERS

There’s nothing more anxiety-inducing for a family than not knowing whether someone is going to turn up to care for their son, daughter, or loved one. That’s why we treat communication as seriously as the shift itself. Coordinators and registered managers stay updated throughout, because that information goes straight back to the family. Knowing someone is coming can matter just as much as who it is.

    WHY IT MATTERS

An uncovered shift can leave someone vulnerable, without the person who knows their care and what keeps them safe. In the worst cases, it means a client having to move to a place of safety, or a family stepping in to cover care they were never meant to provide. There’s a commercial cost too, since an unfilled shift is an hour you can’t bill the ICB or case manager for. But the real cost is what happens to the person relying on that shift.

  • A parade of people holding American flags walking down a street with a crowd watching.

    WHY IT MATTERS

A road traffic accident or a catastrophic injury can change the entire course of someone’s life. We understand the weight of that, which is why clinical skill on its own isn’t enough. Yes, our staff can manage a tracheostomy or feed through a PEG. But can they build genuine rapport with the client, and with their family? We look for the right personality just as much as the right clinical experience.

COMPLIANCE

Compliance you don’t have

to defend to a commissioner.

● We don’t treat compliance as a box to tick. We’ve sat on the provider side, and built our process knowing what’s at stake for you.

● In community care, when something goes wrong it can go really wrong: investigations, meetings with commissioners, questions about how and why.

● If your supplier can’t produce a clean compliance file or a robust complaints and investigation process, that’s your problem, not theirs.

● It shows up in fewer referrals from commissioners, and in your reputation with them.

“I’ve been the one taking the call when a staff member goes down sick at the last minute. In community complex care, there isn’t a ward full of staff to step in. The stakes are higher, and that’s exactly why we built Sentra Care Staffing this way. That understanding is built into everything we do, including how we recruit and onboard our temporary staff.”
